The presentation focused on the effectiveness of using online marketing to build customer loyalty and increase a company's market share at the start-up level.
Attendees were introduced to how Bath Petals utilizes their web presence to address a multi-channel environment and leverage all a company's publicity, retail ecommerce, client wholesale area, and collateral such as newsletters, affiliate programs and promotional merchandising. Clear and consistent visual identification and branding, navigation, site functionality and search engine friendly architecture was covered in a multimedia presentation.
All topics covered relate directly to the start-up marketing of a consumer products manufacturer executed within a tight budget. The Internet has been used in this case to provide efficient exposure, collaboration across multiple-channels for a fraction of the cost of traditional advertising.
