Dermaclinic - The Aesthetic Spa Redesign
Business Goals:Santa Monica Medical spa, Dermaclinic, had existing web site but desired monthly updates of spa promotions, easier navigation and images of spa's location, treatments and retail products. Site also needed to accept leads through forms and display expanded directions and contact information. Press mentions of the spa and services also needed to be shown along with a ability to post current press releases. Traditional marketing was in progress without proper web support and representation in the search engines.
Solution:Programming & Architecture Daisy Interactive (DI) redesigned the Medical Spa web site with a new look focused on standards of web site usability, accessibility for alternate browsers and search engine indexing. Content subjects were broken out of long-scrolling pages and into navigable categories with global, secondary and tertiary navigation simplified for ease of use and optimized for quick download. DI integrated its forms for main contact and email newsletter signup to help build customer contact lists. A custom map of the spa and logo was created showing the immediate area along with directions from major highways in Southern California. Digital photographs were taken of the spa's services, displaying treatment-centric images in the corresponding treatment's category pages within the site. Product images were also taken to showcase current inventory of skin care retail items. |
